Strong performances despite the rain – Successful 2nd week at the Sunshine Tour
The second week of the Sunshine Tour was once again more than successful: our horses were in top form, delivering fantastic clear rounds, well-deserved placements, and consistently strong performances. We are especially happy that all horses are fit and ready to kick off the third week of competition. But for today, it's time to take a deep breath and relax...
The only downside: the weather didn’t quite live up to the name of the tour – it rained incredibly much. But neither riders nor horses let that bring them down, and the mood remains sunny as always!
- Angel D’Or (13yo by Askari) and Laura were placed in a 1.50m ranking class
- Capoen Blue (6yo by Conthargos) was clear to finish fifth in a youngster class
- Dior (7yo by Diamant de Semilly) was clear in all three classes he competed in and got placings in the youngster classes
- Emerite de Kergoet (8yo by Emerald van't Ruytershof) became fifth in the 1.45m final of the youngster tour
- Emidor Z (8yo by Emerald van het Ruytershof) placed seventh and tenth in 1.35m classes
- Flaubert du Busson (10yo by Eldorado de Hus) impressed with great rounds in his first 1.50m classes ever
- Maggie Mae (8yo by Casall) jumped amazing: Fifth place in a 1.40m class and fourth rank in a 1.45m class
- Metropolitan (8yo by Glenfiddich VDL) became third in a 1.35m class and got a placing in a 1.40m class
- Verdi’s Adel (11yo by Verdi) got the fourth rank in a 1.45m class
- Whipper Snapper (9yo by Zirocco Blue) and Laurens were placed in a 1.50m ranking class on the impressive grass arena
Once again, our warmest congratulations to the owners of these amazing horses! We’re looking forward to week 3!
