8. SENSATIONELL

As the name indicates, this auction lot is sensationally good.

The name Sensationell, which is German for ‘sensational’, perfectly describes all of this licensed grey stallion’s qualities. Sensationell is a bona fide Grand Prix prospect with unlimited scope, a superb bascule and a lot of heart. Mental clarity, courage, a powerful jump and lightning-fast reactions are all attributes of this exceptionally talented competition horse. And that’s not all: Sensationell also happens to have captivating presence that never fails to impress. He has all the qualifications for a career as a top international showjumper horse and as a top sire.

In his performance test this stallion scored top grades of at least 8.0 in all jumping categories, including an 8.5 for his reflexes. By the end of the test he had collected an impressive 81 points and is a licensed KWPN stallion.

Sensationell has a one-hundred-percent sport horse lineage and he’s a great example of smart breeding with Zirocco Blue VDL x Cardento x Harley VDL in his pedigree.

The Zirocco Blue son has plenty of competition experience and a track record that includes numerous placings in young horse classes and regular classes up to 1.35m. At his international youngster tour première he impressed spectators with two clear rounds. Now this hard-working youngster is ready to move up the grades.
